High Season (June 26 - August 28):

Additional costs payable on the spot: Security deposit: 1500USD/Euro or USD for the whole property or 500 per house. Final Cleaning Charge: Included is final cleaning, gas, electricity, linens and towels. Heat and telephone: payable according to meter usage. Maid: provided twice a week and on Saturday, Chef: additional. Other: Pizza party 20 € pax, Turkish Bath is 120 € per day (10 hours), Pool heating possible and additional. Extra maid at 12 € / hour. Sorry no pets. For 100% privacy it is highly recommended to take the entire property.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
