Additional costs to consider for each Casa Alta Unit: Security deposit 500 € (plus 300 € utility deposit per week), final cleaning 150 €, 2 hours maid service mid week and change of linens on Friday or Saturday included for more than one week rental, gas (heat) additional. Baby's bed 100 €, extra bed 150 €, and pets allowed. Mobile telephone available and card additional cost. No Internet. No AC. Late arrivals between 8 and 9:30 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. Catered dinner possible at the hosts villa (you want to do this) at additional cost of 45€ per person. Bed linens 10 €, towels €. Maid 13€ per hour.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
