Mid Season (April 3-10, May 1 - June 26, August 28 - October 2, December 18- January 8): 3937€ / WEEK

Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1000 € (plus 600 € utility deposit per week), final cleaning included, 3 hours maid service Tuesday and Thursday and change of linens on Sat included, gas (heat) additional. Telephone metered. No internet, no AC. Pool open May 29 - September 25, and pool towels included. Baby's bed 100 €, extra bed 100 €, and pets 100 € per week. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. Cook, basic house stocking, house cleaning possible.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
