Medium Season (March 27 - May 29, September 25 - October 23): 2190 € / WEEK
High Season (May 29 - September 25): 2750 € / WEEK

Additional costs to consider: Security Deposit: 400 € cash heating is 120 €, telephone - metered, partial maid service included - 2 hours a day/3 times a week, extra maid service by advance request - 10 euro/hour. Internet provided. Here we have a welcome dinner prepared for you (typical Ligurian cuisine). Cook available on request and paid on the spot: 60€ per meal plus cost of food and wine. Final cleaning, gas and electricity are included. Maid service is 10€/hour above what is provided. No pets.

Please Note: there is room to park one car. (not really big) in a garage. This is a good place to arrive by train.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
