Additional costs payable on the spot: Security deposit: 600€ or USD, Final Cleaning: included, Heat: 130€ / week, AC (in all of the bedrooms): 20 € / da7, telephone metered, electricity metered and payable. Central heating is 130 € / week. Gas: included. Maid: 3 hours once a week and Saturday. 10€ / hour if more is requested.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
