Low Season (all other weeks): 1365 € / WEEK
Mid Season (April 3-10, May 1 - June 26, August 28 - October 2, December 18- January 8): 1365 € / WEEK
High Season (June 26 - August 28): 1365 € / WEEK

Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 500 € (plus 100 € utility deposit per week during cooler months when heat is requested), final cleaning 120 €, gas (heat) additional. Baby's bed 150 €, extra bed 350 €. Change of linens once a week. Limit of 3 children. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. Grocery service possible when requested in advance and charged along with food bill.
*Reservations for this property are always FRIDAY to FRIDAY, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
