Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1000 € (plus 300 € utility deposit), final cleaning included, maid service included 8 hours per day Monday - Friday with linens and towels changed twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday only), gas (heat) additional. AC and Wifi included. Telephone available and may be additional. Welcome dinner included. House stocked with basics with mandatory 300 € stocking charge. Baby's bed 100, extra bed 150, pets 60 per week. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. Prices are for 10 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. Extra person possible at 400 € / WEEK.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
