Arrive & Relax Package provided: Welcome dinner prepared (pasta, vegetable tarte, salad, fruit salad, bread, water and wine - no menu change possible) and basic first day stocking (milk, cafe, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, cereals. No additional items possible, and items subject to availability.

Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 2000 €, plus 350 € utility/service per week regardless of the season that includes 2 hours maid service Mon-Sat, electricity, water, AC, ADSL and heat. Final cleaning 150 € on arrival, and change of linens on Wed/Sat included. Baby's bed 100 €, no extra bed and pets not allowed. Internet included. Pool open May 8 - Oct 2. Pool towels included. No children between 1 - 7 years. No smoking. POOL IS NOT GATED. If you have walking troubles, this is not the place for you. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
