Low Season (January 5 - April 31, October - December 22): 5460 USD / WEEK
Mid Season (May 1 - June 10, September 16 - October 1): 6490 USD / WEEK
High Season (July - September 15): 7515 USD / WEEK

Additional costs to consider: Security Deposit - $500 USD (paid by check in the villa owner's name and sent to us prior to your arrival at the place), Final Cleaning - 150 € paid to the caretaker. Utilities (whether it be the use of heat, AC, gas, water or whatever) 400 € per week for up to 6 people, or 300 € per week for up to 4 people paid locally at the house to caretaker. If over 6, there is a slightly higher amount (600 €). Pool is open June 11 - September 15. Linens, towels and such - one set per person included. Additional Maid service - available at 12 € per hour. You must inform us if you plan to be over 6 persons. The house can hold more than 6, but we must be preadvised and get the ok from the owner.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
