Additional costs payable on the spot: Security deposit: 1000€, Final Cleaning: Included, Cleaning Charge: included 5 hours a day/6 days a week, Heat: 230€ per week during cooler months, AC: 150€ per week, Gas: included, Electricity: included, Telephone: payable by meter and usage, Chef: welcome meal provided, and 120€ + food and wine for each meal on reservation, Other: arrivals 4 - 7 pm only. Departures by 10 am.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
