MAX OF 8 PEOPLE. Parking inside is limited to two sedan cars and one small van.

Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1000 € (plus 250 € utility deposit per week), final cleaning 200 €, 2 hours maid service Mon, Wed and Sat. Change of towels twice a week; bed linens once a week. Heat additional at 40 € per day. Baby's bed 100 €, no extra bed and pets allowed at 60 € per week. Telephone local calls only. Internet dial up cost additional. Pool open May 15 - Sept 18. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. Cook and extra maid service possible at 11 € in advance.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
