Additional costs payable on the spot: Security deposit: 2500€ to be wired at balance payment, Final Cleaning: included, Heat: payable by meter when used, Telephone: payable by meter when used, Gas: included, Electricity: included, Couple that maintains the house and cleans: Monday - Saturday, off on Sunday. They live in an annex on the property. Breakfast included. Daily change of bath towels. Bed linens changed twice a week (Tuesday and Saturday). Welcome dinner prepared on day of arrival. Arrivals are only 4 - 7 pm. If you expect to be later, please call prior. Departures no later than 9 am. Chef on request. Additional maid cleaning is 15 € per hour.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
