Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 500 €, final cleaning included. Additional maid service at 10€/hour. Central heating not included in price and expect 500 € / week or more during cooler months.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
